Bababi Marning (Cooper Street Grassland Nature Conservation Reserve)
Bordering the Merri Creek and surrounded by industry uses, Bababi Marning ('Mother's Hand') supports grassland and Grassy Woodland. It is an important part of the recently declared Merri Creek Marram Baba ('Body of the Mother') Parklands, a critical biodiversity corridor through Melbourne's northern suburbs.
