Laverton Grasslands Flora Reserve
One of the first grasslands to be officially protected in Victoria, this once-fabulous grassland is being slowly surrendered to weeds through lack of Parks Victoria management funding ($1500 per year). Perhaps also the most public of all our grasslands, prominent on the Princes Freeway, a lost opportunity!
