A patch of state significant Escarpment Shrubland occurs along the northern boundary of the estate in Melbourne Water land. Regionally significant Escarpment Shrubland occurs in a rocky outcrop along Primula Boulevard. State significant patches of endangered Streambank Shrubland exist along the east side of Moonee Ponds Creek.
