Burns Road Grassland
A never-developed 1920s residential subdivision, it's 400+ small parcels unable to be developed because now zoned industrial. Kangaroo Grass and rare species survive here but are under threat as developers aggregate parcels and government does nothing. Only grassland in Hobsons Bay where the federally Endangered Striped Legless Lizard naturally persists.
