Sydenham Park Grassland Restoration (mostly failed)
Once a large area of noxious weeds, diligently removed by council prior to direct seeding with grass species. After a magnificent inaugural year, and a late summer with ground thick with native seed, weeds re-established. Poor follow-up has led to the near complete loss of the grassland.
