The core of the recently declared Merri Creek Marram Baba ('Body of the Mother') Parklands, a critical biodiversity corridor through Melbourne's northern suburbs. Mostly yet to be acquired. The corridors don't specifically protect grassland or Grassy Eucalypt Woodland, though often they do.
